1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
- An unboxing video is compulsory for all return and refund requests.
- The video must:
- Clearly show the sealed package before opening
- Capture the entire unboxing process without cuts
- Highlight the issue (damage, defect, or incorrect item) clearly
- No return or refund request will be accepted without a valid unboxing video.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Items purchased on sale or discount (unless damaged or defective)
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

- Reason for return
- Unboxing video proof
- Once your request is approved, we will guide you through the return process.
5. Refund Policy
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
6. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with the unboxing video.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Note: Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, or design may occur. These are not considered defects but a mark of authenticity.
