Return and Refund Policy

At Karuangan, we take pride in delivering high-quality handcrafted products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return:
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

• An unboxing video is compulsory for all return and refund requests.
• The video must:
  • Clearly show the sealed package before opening
  • Capture the entire unboxing process without cuts
  • Highlight the issue (damage, defect, or incorrect item) clearly
• No return or refund request will be accepted without a valid unboxing video.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or made-to-order products
• Items purchased on sale or discount (unless damaged or defective)
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

4. Return Process

• Provide:
  • Order ID
  • Reason for return
  • Unboxing video proof
• Once your request is approved, we will guide you through the return process.

5. Refund Policy

• After receiving and inspecting the returned item:
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method
• In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

6. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with the unboxing video.
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Note: Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, or design may occur. These are not considered defects but a mark of authenticity.
